Replacing the wheel studs can be done within 15 minutes with the right tools and directions.

Replace Rear Axle Wheel Stud
Removal of the Studs
Loosen the lug nuts with a tire iron or star.
Lift the F-250 off ground by jacking up the rear section of the truck.
