Replacing the speakers in your GMC Yukon Denali truck with aftermarket versions can add to the sound quality of the vehicle’s stereo system, especially if you also replaced the radio itself. The 2004 Denali has speakers that are clipped into place rather than screwed or riveted on. Replacing a speaker will be easy provided you have replacement speakers that are the exact same size as the original ones.
Tools Used: Tools, Wrench, Hooked tool, Shop rag, Trim stick, Screwdriver
Disconnect the truck’s negative battery cable.
Unhook the clip for the door’s manual window crank with a hooked tool behind the handle (or rub a rag behind the handle), or for a power window, pry off the window switch assembly from the door handle with a trim stick and disconnect its electrical connector.
