Unscrew the AC and heater panel and then pull it a little bit. Disconnect the control cables and wire harness to remove the control panel.
Adjust the climate controls on the dashboard while the car is running to listen for the blower motor. If you cannot hear the blowing sound that increases when the air is turned up, then the blower motor may be malfunctioning.
Disconnect the black negative battery cable. Remove the passenger side lower scuff panel and pull back the carpet.
Find the blower motor hanging just below the trim near the floor board. Remove the cover, three screws and finally the motor and fan.
