How to Replace Front Disc Brakes on Plymouth Voyager

Remove the front brake caliper guide pin bolts. Remove the brake caliper by slowly sliding it up and off the adapter and brake rotor. Using mechanic’s wire suspend the caliper from the frame. Ensure that the caliper does not hang from the brake hose. This may damage the hose. Remove the brake pads from the caliper.

Remove the brake pad off of the caliper. Remove the inboard disc brake pad. Install the new inboard and outboard disc brake pads into the caliper piston. Install the caliper guide pin bolts. Reinstall the brake caliper back into it’s original position.
