The Chevrolet S10 pickup truck has been a staple of the light truck market for many years. The S10 usually comes equipped with a stereo and two pairs of speakers–one pair in the dash and the other pair in the back side panels of the cab. If your existing speakers aren’t working, due to failure or age, you can replace them yourself, saving a trip to the dealer or car audio shop.
Items you will need: Phillips screwdriver, 9/32-inch socket and ratchet, Panel tool, Torx T47 driver
Loosen and remove two Phillips screws from the top of the speaker grilles on the dashboard. When the screws are removed, pull the grilles toward the back of the truck to remove them.
