Every year, new aftermarket stereos come on the market to replace factory units in the Chevy Malibu. These stereos are often far more advanced than their factory counterparts. Items you will need: Socket wrench with socket set Flat tip screwdriver Philips head screwdriver
Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Turn the retaining nut on the cable clamp counterclockwise to loosen the clamp until it can be pulled off the negative terminal.
