How to Install Front Bumper Chrome Trim on 2018 Honda Pilot

Download 2018 Honda Pilot Front Bumper Chrome Trim Installation Instructions – 1. Wrap a shop towel around the hood latch • Remove the front bulkhead cover. • Remove the intake air tube. • Disconnect the negative cable from the battery, then wait at least 3 minutes before starting work. 2. Attach the masking tape to the front bumper as shown. 3. Using a plastic trim tool wrapped with the masking tape, remove the left front bumper trim and unplug the vehicle connector. 4. Remove the left front parking sensor.

5. Install the left front parking sensor removed from step 4 into the left front bumper chrome trim. 6. Plug the vehicle connector into the left front parking sensor. 7. Install the left front bumper chrome trim to the front bumper with ten retaining tabs. 8. Repeat steps 2 through 7 on the right side of the front bumper. 9. Check that all wire harnesses are routed properly and all connectors are plugged in. 10. Connect the negative cable to the battery. 11. Install the front bulkhead cover and the intake air tube. 12. Press and hold the audio unit power button for two seconds to restore the audio and navi (if equipped) system functions.
