The Ford Super Duty trucks are a line of pickups produced since 1999 that include the F-250 and the F-350. These trucks have a more powerful engine than the Ford F-150 and are much larger and heavier. The dashboard on a Super Duty truck is held in place by several bolts and clips. Once you remove the fasteners, you can lift the dash out of the vehicle.
Step 1 Open the truck’s hood and use a socket wrench to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
Step 2 Use a slotted screwdriver to pry off the headlamp switch panel. Disconnect the electrical wiring connector behind the panel and pull it out of the vehicle.
Step 3 Use a Philips screwdriver to remove the screws on the faceplate of the center console. Remove the faceplate.
Step 4 Insert a screwdriver into the holes on the radio to release the radio’s holding pins.
