The power windows on your Toyota Camry CE are raised and lowered by the automatic window regulator contained within the door. If the regulator fails, you will not be able to raise or lower your Camry’s windows. If this occurs, you should check the fuse, the regulator’s electrical wiring connector or the regulator itself. Those are the three most common issues with malfunctioning power windows.

Troubleshoot Power Windows
Open the driver’s side door of the Camry and locate the fuse panel to the left of the accelerator and brake pedals.
Remove the cover from the fuse panel and locate the “Window” fuse. Pull it out and install a replacement 15A fuse.
