2012 Honda Crosstour Front Under Spoiler Installation Instructions

Download Installation • This front under spoiler kit cannot be installed on a vehicle equipped with a full nose mask. • Do not damage the paint finish. • This front under spoiler kit should be installed only if the ambient air temperature is 15°C (60°F) or above. • To allow the adhesive to cure, do not wash the vehicle for 24 hours. Please advise the customer. 1. Remove the front bumper: • Remove the front grille cover (two short clips, six medium clips, and four long clips). • Remove 2 self-tapping screws and 12 medium clips. Set two of the medium clips aside, they will not be reused. • With the help of an assistant, remove the front bumper (two vehicle connectors). Place the front bumper on a blanket to prevent damage. 2. Using a pushpin, pierce four holes at the indicated preset marks inside of the front bumper. 3. While wearing eye protection, drill the front bumper at the four pierced marks. First drill with a 3 mm drill bit, then finish with a 12 mm drill bit. 4. Remove any burrs from the edges of the holes with a file. 5. Using a pushpin, pierce two holes at the indicated preset marks inside of the front bumper. 6. While wearing eye protection, drill the front bumper at the two pierced marks. First drill with a 3 mm drill bit, then finish with a 10 mm drill bit. 7. Remove any burrs from the edges of the holes with a file. 8. Using a pushpin, pierce two holes at the dimples in the front bumper.
