Press the “panic button” on the back of the Corolla remote to shut off the alarm. You need to be within three feet of the Corolla for the remote to work. Press the “Unlock” button twice on the remote. Open the driver’s door on the vehicle to make sure the alarm has be deactivated, then close the door again.
