BlackBerry Desktop Manager software 6.0 features Wi-Fi connectivity between the software and a BlackBerry. The first time the Wi-Fi feature is accessed, the BlackBerry must be connected to the computer via the phone’s bundled USB cable. Thereafter, you can sync the BlackBerry to any Wi-Fi hotspot. Once the phone is connected via Wi-Fi, the name of the network appears on the BlackBerry Home screen.
Click “Start” and click “All Programs.” Click “BlackBerry Desktop Manager” to open the program.
Connect one end of the USB cable to the BlackBerry. Connect the other end to a computer USB port.
