LiveUpdate Won't Connect


If you attempt to run Norton LiveUpdate and you receive the “LiveUpdate Failed While Getting Your Updates” or “LiveUpdate Had An Internal Error While Getting Your Updates” message, LiveUpdate has failed to connect to the Norton servers to download the latest definition files. LiveUpdate is an application that is installed on computers running Symantec or Norton security products. LiveUpdate automatically connects to the Norton servers at regularly scheduled intervals to download the latest definition files.
