The HTC Hera110 (known as the T-Mobile Wing in the United States) is a Windows Mobile smartphone that allows you to manage email, browse the Internet and store media. To protect that information, the Hera110 also offers a handset security password to keep unwanted users out. Once you set your code, you should reset it frequently to prevent others from guessing it. In the “Personal” settings on the phone, you can reset the security code at any time.
Go to “Start,” “Settings,” “Personal” on your HTC Hera110. Click “Lock.”
Enter your current security password if the phone prompts you do to so.
Enter your new security password twice in the fields provided. Enter a hint that will help you remember the password in the event you need a reminder. Click “Done.”
Tips & Warnings
- If you use a combination of letters and numbers in your security code, others are less likely to be able to guess it.
- Set your security code to a something you will be sure to remember. If you forget your security code, the only way to access your phone is by resetting it to factory defaults, which will erase your personal data from the phone.
