Your Google Android phone makes it simple to export contacts to your smartphone. You can use the built-in Google account tools to sync your Google contacts to your new Android phone. The Contacts manager also has an option for importing your contacts directly from a SIM card, if you have switched from another phone to your Android. Both of these methods quickly add all of your exported contacts to your phone so you can be up and running again in no time.
- Bring up the home screen on your Android phone. Go to the Applications page.
- Tap “My Accounts.” Tap the Google account that you have associated with this phone.
- Press the “Contacts” selection to sync your contacts between your Google account and your Android phone.
