By default every email you send from your Verizon Android phone is appended with the signature “Sent From a Verizon Wireless Phone.” You can disable this signature, or substitute the signature with your own custom message, in the Email app settings.
Instructions
- Tap the “Email” icon on the Android-powered phone. The Email app launches.
- Tap the “Menu” softkey to show the Email Options screen. Tap “Settings.” A list of configured email accounts displays.
- Tap the account to edit. The Email Account Settings screen for the selected account displays.
- Tap the “General Settings” option. The General Settings screen opens.
