Seating tires means getting the bead flush with the lip of the rim. Although your tire might otherwise be unharmed, many things can cause the tire bead to come loose. Off-roading or road hazards might loosen the bead, or a slight hole letting the air out might also cause the bead to come loose when the tire is deflated. You might even notice a gap between the bead of the tire and the lip of the rim. Whatever the reason, seating the bead on your tire requires a few steps.
